2008-12-28-Hatillo, Puerto Rico-Hatillo Mask Festival (Festival de Mascaras de Hatillo) has its origin inspired on the biblical story when King Herod order the killing of the children. The festival is held every year on the Day of the Innocents. Groups of men and women dress in colorful costumes and ride around the countryside during the day, gathering at the town plaza in the afternoon, where a group of judges selects the best "comparsa".
